Co-business owner and bicycle lover. Raoul has previously got lost on cycling tours in Northern Africa and East Asia but more recently happiest exploring the back-country roads and trails of Wales. Alongside his love for cycling and the wider outdoors, he's a passionate environmentalist and continues to work within the renewable energy industry.
Louise
"Chief Organiser"
Co-business owner, business and events programme lead and part-time baker. Undoubtedly quality control for our café provision and generally the one checking everyone has done what they were supposed to. Her background is in organising major sporting events and on the bike, particularly of the road persuasion, with a love for static sessions when the weather's bad.
Chad
"Maitre De/Mechanic"
Chad works predominantly 'front of house' promoting our brands, playing barista and ever attentive to ensure you have a great pit-stop. He's a passionate cyclist having competed internationally for Zimbabwe both as a mountain biker and road cyclist. Out of hours, he's generally found on his bike or plotting which 'king of the mountain' strava segment to target next.
Kinsey
"Barista"
Kinsey is born and bred in Cardiff and has spent more time on two wheels than two pegs. Part-time road racer, Criminology graduate and allround multi-tasker. He's an invaluable resource to the business, able to step from workshop to cafe with ease.
